Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day return guarantee. We accept both defective and non-defective products for refund returns, if after 30 days of receipt of the goods, we will not offer a refund return. We are responsible for shipping costs and shipping taxes incurred for returns. You are also not responsible for re-shelving fees for returned goods.
Note: We do not accept unauthorized returns
Customers are asked to double check their order information at the time of purchase and if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email containing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. There is no charge for canceling an order, but please note that it will not be possible to cancel an order after 24 hours or if the warehouse has already shipped the order. We apologize for this!

Return Process:
Take a clear photo of the item.
Contact our customer service team at info@thepowerspark.com.
Send the photo and order number to the customer service team and tell them about your problem and your preferred solution.
If your return request is accepted, we will send a return label with instructions on how and where to send the package. All you need to do is print/download the return shipping label and send it to the address we specify.

It takes 1-3 business days to check your order after receiving the return at our warehouse, if it is checked correctly, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process the refund. Therefore, the refund arrival time may differ from the estimated time.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@thepowerspark.com.

Damages and Problems:
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please take a picture and send it to info@thepowerspark.com immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges:
We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like your item to arrive as soon as possible, please return your purchase and place a new order.

Note: In the return and exchange service, if the goods cannot arrive on time due to special circumstances of loss or theft, the buyer is responsible for the loss!
